Irakli Burdiladze, director general of m² Real Estate announced the decision after the end of the conference - ‘’Women Strengthening Principles: Equality means Business’’.

Irakli Burdiladze proved the commitment to these principles by signature. Deputy Director General in charge of Sales and Marketing of m² Real Estate Shorena Darchiashvili made a speech at the conference organized by UN Women and Civil Development Agency (SIDA). Shorena Darchiashvili introduced gender policy and future plans of m² Real Estate to the representatives of other private companies and non-governmental organizations. Darchiashvili also talked about the high social corporate responsibility of the company.
